We will generally respond within one business day to set up a free initial 1/2-hour teleconference, at which time we can discuss your situation and how we can help. Once we’re set up, because we are well experienced in remote operations management, we can generally attend to your project or problem via video-conferencing. Consequently, it’s like having a project troubleshooter in the office next door. If the circumstances require, we can also make arrangements to help further with an onsite visit or visits.

About me, Phil Friedman:
During nearly 40 years in the marine industry, I've worn numerous hats — yacht designer, boatbuilder, marine operations and business manager, marine industry consultant, marine marketing and ghostwriter, boating magazine writer/editor, yacht surveyor, and marine industry educator. I'm also trained and experienced in interest-based negotiation and mediation, and offer cost-effective alternative dispute resolution for parties in the marine industry. In a prior life, I taught logic and philosophy at university.
