Join the Port Royal Group chat
A private space for yacht builders, buyers, and owners to connect and engage on boating-related topics of particular interest to them.
Today I’m announcing a brand new addition to my Substack publication: the For Yacht Builders and Buyers subscriber chat.
This is a conversation space in the Substack app set up exclusively for my subscribers — kind of like a group chat or live hangout where I’ll post short prompts, thoughts, and updates that come my way, and subscribers can jump into the discussion FREE.
To join the PRG chat, you’ll need to download the Substack app, now available FREE for both iOS and Android. Chats are sent via the app, not email, so turn on push notifications so you don’t miss abconversation as it happens.
How to get started
Download the app by clicking this link or the button below. Substack Chat is now available on both iOS and Android.
Open the app and tap the Chat icon. It looks like two bubbles in the bottom bar, and you’ll see a row for my chat inside.

A corrective note: Several FYBBO subscribers have written to me to express their preference for being able to access the Chat via their desktop and/or laptop computers, rather than by means of their smartphones. I checked into the matter and found that you CAN access Chat on your computer by going to the Chat button on our FYBBO website/publishing-hub. The button appear in the upper left hand corner, on the top navigation bar. So, no more excuses! :-). Join the conversation and support our FYBBO community.
